For the 55th time, Ulf Steinforth’s SES-Boxing staged a big boxing show. This time, in their hometown of Magdeburg, Germany. Around 5000 visitors came to the Bördelandhalle to see heavyweight Timo “The German Oak” Hoffmann lose a hard-fought split decision against WBF titlelist and four-time heavyweight title challenger “The White Buffalo” Francois Botha from South Africa.

The final press conference for “FISTS OF THUNDER II” turned heated in Johnstown, PA between the two main event fighters, Andres “TAYLOR MADE” Taylor and Simon “ONE PUNCH” Carr. Called to the podium to speak to the Johnstown, PA media and fans, Philadelphia’s Carr surprised local fan favorite Taylor by presenting him with an embroidered pillow which he suggested could be used after the predicted knockout. Said Carr, “Andres, after I knock you out, you can use this pillow while you’re sleeping.” Carr stated that the pillow was from his newly started “Punchline” apparel company, based in Philadelphia.
